I am a performance coach with 15 years of lifting, bodybuilding, and athletic training experience. As a former Firefighter/EMT for Dallas Fire Rescue and a current Acrobatic Dunk Athlete for the Houston Rockets, I blend elite conditioning, calisthenics mastery, and explosive athleticism into every training session. My background is rooted in baseball and shaped through high stakes, pressure driven environments. I’ve trained for and passed multiple elite fitness assessments, including the Firefighter CPAT Exam, Federal Air Marshals, and Air Force Pararescue (PJ) entry requirements, giving me firsthand insight into what it takes to train with precision, purpose, and resilience. Specializing in Calisthenic, Core, and Conditioning Performance, I help clients master skills ranging from pull-ups and handstands to preparing for fitness exams and competitions such as Hyrox or Military and Civil Service entry standards. My coaching focuses on developing true body control, functional strength, and performance that carries over into sport, service, and everyday life. My mission is clear: build bodies that are as capable as they are aesthetic. I teach clients to lift, move, and command their bodies with absolute confidence, developing strong, athletic, real world muscle that looks good and performs just as good as it looks.
